Hi, I'm Anamaria Rivero-Boundas, Owner/Attorney of Texas Liens, PLLC. Here’s a bit about me:
Experience & Personal Background
When we speak on the phone, one of the first things you might notice about me is that I have a “northern accent”—I’m originally from the Chicago area. I attended college at Northern Illinois University: while there, I was on the Dean’s List, and graduated cum laude with a B.A. I was fortunate to receive the Law Achievement Scholarship, which allowed me to attend DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. After graduating law school in 2010, I went on to practice in various litigation settings in Chicago and in the surrounding suburbs.
During the pandemic, my husband and I decided to move from Illinois to Texas. As a proud SMU graduate, it had always been his dream to move back to Texas. We’ve called Texas home for 5 years now!
Many people ask about my name (I know, it’s long). I’m a first-generation Cuban-American. To further complicate things, my husband has one of those hard-to-pronounce Greek last names, and I decided to hyphenate them. To make things easier, I usually just use the second half of my last name, Boundas.
Mechanics Lien and Bond Claim Services
Living in Texas, I constantly see construction. We’re one of the fastest-growing states in the whole country! Areas like Houston and Dallas are especially growing fast.
I noticed a need for contractors to receive high-quality, yet affordable mechanics lien and bond claim documents. I noticed many firms charging astronomical amounts for these documents, making them cost-prohibitive for smaller or mid-size contractors. The only other solution is DIY programs, which are very risky for the contractor --- one mistake on your mechanics lien can be the difference between getting paid or not, especially if you end up in litigation.
That’s the reason I founded Texas Liens, PLLC. We enable Texas contractors to have their mechanics liens or bond claims prepared by an attorney without paying a fortune and without having to sacrifice quality by using DIY services. My goal is to provide documents that are correct, on time, and will protect the client’s future position in litigation, if needed.
I help contractors anywhere in Texas with their mechanics liens and bond claims. Want to work together? Book your free 10-minute online consultation here. I will call you at the date and time you choose. You can ask me any questions you want about my services, and if you decide we’re a good fit, I’ll give you all the information you need to move forward.
